Federica Ceresa

Meet Federica Ceresa, the Head of Faculty at CPG Marketing School. With over 18 years of experience, Federica has honed her craft in marketing by working with Fortune 500 giants such as Mars, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Diageo. She founded two startups and is a trusted consultant for startups and established brands, including Lego, Colgate-Palmolive, GSK, Unilever, and Dr Oetker.

Federica's expertise is not only recognized in the corporate world. As a prolific trainer, she has enriched the marketing acumen of over 7,000 CPG marketers globally. She has a passion for developing innovative tools and frameworks and sharing the marketing secrets she acquired throughout her illustrious career.

Equipped with a qualification in Sustainability Marketing from Harvard University, Federica also holds credentials as a PROSCI change management practitioner and NLP practitioner. In 2022, she was appointed a business mentor for Help to Grow, a UK Government-backed management program for entrepreneurs, attesting to her knack for nurturing business growth.

As the Head of Faculty at CPG Marketing School, Federica ensures that our programs deliver both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on insights. Her mission is to empower CPG startups with the tools and strategies they need to thrive in a competitive business landscape.

With Chad's strategic guidance, startups can explore a wide range of funding avenues, from bootstrapping and engaging friends and family to securing investments from angel investors and venture capital firms. He is well-versed in the intricacies of crowdfunding, strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, debt financing, grants, competitions, and even emerging avenues like ICOs or token sales for blockchain-based startups.
